Caffe Pergolesi strives to make the best coffee and espresso drinks around. We use only the finest coffee, "Vigal", custom roasted locally to meet our high quality standards.

Our selection of teas is extensive!  We carry over 16 different teas including herbal, black and green. We even have a selection of three different teas for our famous Iced Tea drinks.

Our assortment of pastries, both vegan and non-vegan, are made fresh daily, all from local bakeries. Same with our sandwiches, salads, and burritos.  

We also have a large selection of organic fresh fruit drinks from "Columbia Gorge", not Odwalla.

The selection of draft and bottled beers is huge - enough to satisfy even the most compelling taste and thirst. In addition, we serve Bonnie Doon Winery wines, a world renowned local winery.
